Pacific Supply Group Pty Ltd (“PSG”) hereby provides warranty on its’ new Tractors for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase, or 1200 work hours of the unit, whichever occurs first. The warranty covers against faulty workmanship or defects in the construction of the unit and warrants that the product is supplied in good order and condition at the date of purchase. The warranty will apply only if the Tractor is used under normal working conditions and within the guidelines specified in the user manual as well as in accordance with Queensland law covering warranties.

Under this warranty, PSG shall be liable to replace only the part or parts deemed to be defective through normal use of the Tractor.

The warranty covers the following Engine parts:
Engine Crankcase
Engine Crankcase Pan
Engine Cylinder Head
Engine Rocker Arm Cover
Engine Timing Gear Cover
Engine Components used in the manufacture of these units.

The warranty covers the following Powertrain parts:
Powertrain Transmission
Powertrain Drive Axles, Final Drives and Front Axles.
Powertrain Differentials
Powertrain Take-off and Clutch Housings
Powertrain Components used in the manufacture of these units excluding the clutch assembly.

This warranty shall exclude all normal wear and tear and excludes normal replaceable parts utilised in servicing the Tractor, including Filters, Oils, Coolants, Lubricants, Clutch and Break Discs as well as Break Linings. This warranty also excludes all belts and hoses, glass and light bulbs.

This exclusion also extends to Batteries, Tyres, Pumps and Injectors. The warranty does not cover exposure to weather elements and deterioration due to spillage or application of harmful substances that may affect the exterior appearance of the Tractor including the paintwork, either by accident or by deliberate application. The warranty shall not extend to covering any plastic and rubber components damaged by weather, spillage or application of harmful substances, either by accident or by deliberate application.

PSG shall be responsible to replace items mentioned within this warranty, subject to exclusions mentioned within.  However, the warranty shall not extend to any loss, theft or accidents resulting in damage to the Tractor or any parts therein.

This warranty insists that the use of the Tractor is within the parameters clearly defined within the PSG operational manual. The warranty further excludes all forms of negligence in the operation of the Tractor, failure to carry out regular servicing, accidental damage, criminal damage or loss or partial loss caused by fire.

The warranty does not cover any alterations made to the Tractor that has not been performed by PSG or its’ authorised dealers.

Faults covered by this warranty must be reported to PSG or its’ authorised dealer as quickly as is deemed reasonable and the Tractor and or defective parts must be transported to the PSG depot or its’ authorised dealers’ depot as quickly as is deemed reasonable. The reporting of faults and the delivery of the Tractor and or defective parts must be within the warranty period.

PSG shall not be liable for the costs of transportation of the Tractor whether at the time of purchase or for repairs.

Parts replaced under warranty are guaranteed for 90 days from the date of receipt.
